Whether you live in your RV full time, travel for work, or want a quiet place to settle in for a season, you’ll find mountain views, abundant wildlife, and real peace and quiet here. You’re still only minutes from the Ocoee River, restaurants, and grocery stores, and an easy drive to Cleveland and Chattanooga.

Things to Know

Pets are welcome but must be leashed or confined when outside your RV.

RVs of any age are welcome. Please send a photo of your RV when you inquire. RVs must be in good cosmetic condition and fully functioning.

With only four sites, openings are limited, so call or message us to check availability.

County maintained road to the property is steep and gravel. 4x4 tow vehicles recommended and assistance is available for getting your rig on site.

Sites can accommodate up to 40' RV's but if you have a large RV please contact us.

Wildlife is abundant which was fun to see. The owners Stephen and Dawn are fantastic to rent from, and great humans. Though minutes from Ocoee, the river take out, tubing, restaurants and grocery you feel like you are in the middle of no where. A great place to camp, or stay for longer term if you are a full time RVer."
